I finally saw Dirty Dancing for the first time ever last night. Imagine that, my sixteenth is just around the corner and I'd never seen it (shocking... ¬_¬) but yar, it was pretty good but Strictly Come Dancing is what really makes me want to get up and boogie.

We're having a rave at school for Halloween and everyone's dressing up so guess who's going as Claire Bennet :P I shall post pictures if I can find my digi cam.

Now all I need is a Milo...now where will I find one of those...?

I was finally able to finish The Host yesterday after having it since the week after it's release because of exams and stuff my mum told me to hold off on reading it until they were done and then some stuff happened in my personal life but I've finished and I loved it. It did take a while to get into but overall it was a good read and definitely not what I was expecting.

So, like with Twilight, I've casted it all and I'll probably have to avoid fandom if they ever make a movie of this because they won't 'pick the right people'. Ahem...anyhoo...

Sophia Bush: She is exactly who I pictured as Mel from the start, I've only seen her in The Hitcher, John Tucker Must Die and like half an episode of One Tree Hill but I think she's a brilliant actress

Amanda Seyfried: Think about it. She doesn't look too young but she doesn't look too old for you to believe that the body is 17.

ensen Ackles: Must I justify this? He is Jared. End of.

Chris Evans: No, not Billie Piper's ex, the other one. I've seen a lot of people say that Chris is their Kyle but I see him more as my Ian *shrugs* Maybe I'm just strange.

Josh Hutcherson: He's Jamie. Just so...Jamie.

Jim Beaver: Maybe I've been watching too much Supernatural (Ooft, who am I kidding? How can anyone have 'too much' Supernatural?) but Jim Beaver is the closest person to the Jeb in my head, he even sounds the same.

David Tennant: *head desk* Try as I might, I couldn't picture dear old Eustace as anyone but the Tenth Doctor himself. Plus, David has to be one of the most talented actors to walk the planet. Think about it, he can be the wild and excited Doc but also the torn and emotional Doc when having to agree to Wanda's terms towards the end of the book.

James Murray: I realise that he's probably too old to be Kyle but hey, it's my cast and he's my Kyle :D

Kelly Hu: She looked rather Seeker-like in Xmen 2 I thought.
Emmanuelle Vaugier: No picture because I could find any that I could have used but I think she could do justice as the Seeker/Candy.

Torchwood is also very good - definitely better than last series. Jack/Gwen and Owen/Tosh ftw :D Ianto's snark is also very awesome.

Gotten obsessed with Batman again. I haven't seen teh rubber nipples of doom for years but I still love my pretty Batman Begins. I can't get excited about The Dark Knight because of Heath Ledger's death :( He was a fantastic actor and he'll be greatly missed. From the looks of the trailer, he seemed (I hate referring to him in the past tense) to be a perfect Joker.

I think Kristen Stewart will make a fantastic Bella but Robert Pattinson as Edward? I mean he was a great Cedric but...EDWARD FRAKKIN CULLEN?!?!
